Order Acceptance

Your order will be considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from Deafandis or see a confirmation screen upon completing checkout. This confirmation will include your unique order number generated by our system.

Order Cancellation

Deafandis reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances (but not limited to):

• The item is out of stock at the time of order processing

• Technical errors during checkout

• Incomplete or invalid shipping/payment information

• Suspicious or negative order history

• Quality control failure (defective item)

• Pricing discrepancies

• Payment declined by the bank or financial institution

Customers may also request cancellation of their order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Order Processing & Payments

Customers can place orders through our website using the available payment options, including online payments or bank transfers.

For domestic orders within Pakistan:

• Orders below PKR 60,000 may be placed with Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Orders above PKR 60,000 or any custom stitching orders will require 100% advance payment.

For international orders, full advance payment is required before processing.

Please note: Product availability is not guaranteed at the time of placing the order. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may offer alternatives within the same price range. If we do not receive confirmation from the customer within the given time, the order may be canceled.

Delivery Timelines

Regular Delivery

• Within Pakistan: 3 – 6 working days

• International: 5 – 10 working days

During Sales / High Volume Periods

• Within Pakistan: 4 – 14 working days

• International: 10 – 14 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delays & Force Majeure

Deafandis strives to ensure prompt and timely delivery of all orders. However, we are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)

• Political unrest

• Operational issues from courier companies

• Governmental actions or customs delays (especially for international orders)

In such cases, Deafandis shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, or cancellation of orders.
