Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
    • You received the wrong item.
    • You received a defective or damaged product.
    • Your order was not delivered.
  2. Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:
    • You changed your mind after receiving the product.
    • Incorrect size ordered (We do offer exchange for size issues; see below).
    • Sale or discounted items.

Refund Request Process

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service at:
  • Please provide:
    • Order number
    • A clear image of the product showing the issue (if damaged/wrong item)
    • Reason for the refund request

Refund Timeline

  • Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method or via bank transfer (in the case of COD orders) within 7–10 working days.

Exchange Option

  • We offer size or product exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, tags are intact, and returned in original packaging.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake is from our side.

Important Notes

  • De Afandi’s reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange request if it does not meet our policy criteria.
  • Items bought during a sale or special promotion are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
